Method 1:
1. Press SETUP
2. Press NEXT
3. Press STOP
4. Press PAUSE/STEP
5. Press PREV
6. Press NEXT
   Select RC (codefree=Bypass)

Method 2:
1. Press SETUP
2. Press VOLUME UP and VOLUME DOWN alterating until "VER X" is displayed (X=current RC)
3. Press RIGHT and LEFT alternating until "VER 255" appears
4. Press SETUP again

Classic DVD-103 / DVD40

1. Open the tray
2. Press SETUP, NEXT, PREV, NEXT, PREV
3. Press Down three times (go to 5001), then press LEFT/RIGHT (or SETUP) to set it to 5000
4. Press SETUP again
5. IF NO RESPONSE:
   VOLUME +, VOLUME -, VOLUME +, VOLUME -

Classic DVD-50S / DVHE150R

1. Press SETUP
2. Press NEXT, PREV until display shows "VER 1"
3. Change the region code using LEFT/RIGHT keys (or press 2,5,5 for multi region)
4. Press SETUP, SETUP

Classic DVE210 / DVHE320R / DVR-1000 / DVR-2001
